Our Products
All Krafthood London pieces are hand embroidered using the traditional Zardozi technique. Because each item is made by hand, small variations in stitching, beadwork, and finish are part of the craft and not considered defects. Product images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Custom and bespoke orders are quoted individually based on your brief, quantity, and timeline. Payment must be received before production begins on made-to-order pieces.
Custom and Bespoke Orders
For personalised and bespoke pieces, we will confirm your design, colours, quantity, and delivery date in writing before work begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the finished item is faulty.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and embroidery patterns, is the property of Krafthood London and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our designs without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Krafthood London is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
